Due to COVID-19, many of us have been forced to quarantine ourselves, staying in our homes for months with nothing to do. It can be hard to find motivation to be productive. However, there is no better time to work out and get in shape! MyFit provides users with schedules and exercises so that they can get started on their fitness journey.

How To Use

MyFit is extremely easy to use. Simply click sign up and enter your basic information and preferences (workout intensity, time, etc.). After you sign up, you will be taken to a workout page where you can create a schedule for yourself and access recommended workouts for you based on the preferences you choose. You can access this information again when you log in.
